Consent: marketing emails; cookies/pixels that are not strictly necessary (including GA, GTM, and LinkedIn Insight Tag); using LinkedIn form details to contact you about services; adding XRHQ Live registrants to the XRHQ mailing list.
Legitimate interests: running and improving events and analyzing attendance; basic site security and performance.
Sharing
We use service providers to run email, analytics/ads, infrastructure, and event registrations. XRHQ Live registrations are processed through LinkedIn's event tools; LinkedIn acts as a separate controller for data you provide on LinkedIn and processes it under its own privacy policy. We do not sell personal data.
Cookies and similar tech
We use cookies/pixels for analytics and advertising (GA, GTM, LinkedIn Insight Tag). We may use LinkedIn tracking (including the LinkedIn Insight Tag) to measure event registrations and attendance. You can refuse or disable cookies in your browser. LinkedIn members can opt out of LinkedIn tracking in their LinkedIn settings.
Retention
Emails and LinkedIn form details (including XRHQ Live registrants added to the XRHQ mailing list): kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
XRHQ Live registration data in LinkedIn: retained by LinkedIn for 12 months per event.
Analytics data: kept for up to 14 months.
International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the UK. We rely on appropriate safeguards when that happens.
Your rights
You can unsubscribe anytime via our emails. You can request access, correction, deletion, or objection by emailing [email protected]. For data you submitted via LinkedIn, you can also manage or remove it through your LinkedIn privacy settings.
