About XRHQ

XRHQ is a living library of VR, AR, and spatial computing in action — spanning every industry worldwide. Finding real-world examples of immersive technology shouldn't mean hours of scattered research. We bring the evidence together so you can move faster, whether you're building the case internally or exploring what's possible. Every contribution creates visibility for you and your work while strengthening the evidence base for the whole industry.Get in touch

Frequently asked questions

Can I submit a project I didn't work on?
Yes. You do not need to have been involved in a deployment to submit it. If you have read about a project or seen it in action and can provide enough factual detail, you are welcome to contribute it. Just make sure to cite your sources.
What happens after I submit?
Your submission enters our moderation queue. A reviewer will check that it meets our guidelines and may approve it, request revisions, or decline it. You will receive an email notification with the outcome and any feedback.
Can I edit my submission after it's been approved?
Yes. Once your project is live, you can propose edits from your dashboard. Edits go through the same moderation process to ensure quality and accuracy.
What if my submission is declined?
You will receive an email explaining the reason. Common reasons include missing a named client, promotional language, or insufficient detail. You are welcome to revise and resubmit based on the feedback.
Do I need an account to submit?
Yes. You will need to create a free account or sign in before submitting. This helps us track contributions and keep you updated on the status of your submission.
Does it cost anything to submit a project?
