The motorcycle carries emergency equipment and is intended to reach patients through congested traffic and narrow roads while a conventional ambulance is on its way. Onmanorama reports that the service is free to patients. Faster access and earlier care are objectives; published evidence does not establish a measured improvement in response times or patient outcomes.
The hospital identifies 24 August 2026 as the launch date. Apothecary Medical Services credits its development concept and Republic of Bikers' contribution to realizing the vehicle.
