Industrious, the CBRE-owned flexible workplace company, has partnered with Google to launch a network of Google Beam meeting rooms for its members and guests. The rooms use HP Dimension with Google Beam, a 3D video communication platform that renders remote participants at their true size, positioned as if they were sitting around the same table, with spatial audio anchoring each voice to the speaker and no headsets required.
Google reported that it ran a pilot with Industrious earlier in 2026, in which distributed teams used the rooms for manager check-ins, interviews and client consultations. The network is set to open for booking starting in October 2026. According to Industrious, the rooms will be complimentary for its members and bookable by non-members.
