Madhya Pradesh Tribal Museum in Bhopal, India, plans to offer virtual reality tours through a new Interpretation Centre. According to Free Press Journal, the centre will serve tourists, researchers, students and other museum visitors, helping them learn about the state’s tribal culture, lifestyle, art and heritage.

The planned centre will occupy around 1,100 square feet and provide seating for 24 people. Its equipment will include a VR setup, a large LED screen and a high-end sound system.

Museum curator Ashok Mishra described the project’s aim as modernising the museum and providing visitors with a richer experience.
