Nadro, a pharmaceutical wholesaler in Mexico, equips warehouse pickers with Vuzix M400 smart glasses running TeamViewer Frontline vision-picking software. Workers receive order information in their field of view and use voice commands while keeping their hands available to handle goods. The heads-up guidance is Assisted Reality.
The solution integrates with SAP Extended Warehouse Management. Order and fulfilment information is synchronized with the warehouse system; unavailable or damaged products can be flagged to the backend. Acuraflow supplies local integration and deployment support.
TeamViewer reported use beginning in late 2022. By May 2025, Vuzix reported more than 500 M400 devices in use across 14 distribution centres, following additional orders. This supersedes earlier reports of 400 glasses.
Supplier case studies report a 30% improvement in picking time and a 93% reduction in onboarding and training time. Vuzix also reports that Nadro eliminated overtime despite increasing orders. These are reported operational outcomes, without a published controlled evaluation or detailed measurement methodology.
