Seed to Table, a specialty organic grocer in Naples, Florida, has put a seven-foot hologram at its store entrance. The display presents information and advertising and introduces shoppers to Goldie, a golden shopping cart avatar with a face, voice and personality. The experience was developed with Proto Hologram and in-store technology provider Live Buzz Intelligence, whose launch release names Seed to Table as the first site for the model. Trade coverage dated 2 November 2026 reports the store is already greeting customers with it.
How shoppers use it
Shoppers can ask Goldie questions, get recommendations and discover ideas. According to the Live Buzz Intelligence release, she can remember preferences and previous interactions to personalize the experience over time, and can communicate in almost any language. Across the store, participating brands use QR-enabled shelf displays to turn product discovery into an interactive experience on shoppers' phones.
Setting and partners
Seed to Table sells fresh produce from its own 3,500-acre farm and also runs in-store restaurants, bars and live music. The partners and their roles:
- Proto Hologram: the holographic communication platform behind the seven-foot display.
- Live Buzz Intelligence: the in-store technology provider whose platform combines conversational AI, holographic experiences, animated digital personalities and QR-enabled brand experiences.
What comes next
Live Buzz Intelligence states that it plans to scale the model to thousands of retail locations nationwide; that is a vendor plan, not a confirmed rollout.
