Supacat announced plans to demonstrate Kognitiv Spark’s RemoteSpark mixed-reality remote support at DSEI 2023 in London. Its announcement, published on 29 August 2023, described a demonstration centred on replacing the brake master cylinder on its HMT vehicle platform. The proposed experience connected an operator with a remote expert using mixed-reality guidance. A November 2024 GOV.UK case study subsequently named Supacat among companies that had trialled equipment-support applications. It did not identify Supacat’s trial dates, location or results, or establish that those trials repeated the announced brake-maintenance demonstration. The evidence supports trial activity, but does not establish routine operational deployment.
